S4E7 - People as People
People in the organization are generally the biggest asset to an organization. How do we, as leaders, show our employees that we value them? Do these perspectives change as the size of the organization increases? Does the perspective change as leaders move up the organizational hierarchy?
We believe that leaders should take the time to get to know their employees as individuals with unique hopes, dreams, and capabilities who can (and should be) viewed as assets to the organization.
